President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has extended his warmest congratulations to Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir following his election and official assumption of office as the President of Bangladesh.
In an official diplomatic message, the UAE President conveyed his best wishes for President Alamgir’s personal health and happiness. He also expressed hope for the continuous progress, economic stability, and long-term prosperity of the government and citizens of Bangladesh.

Joining the UAE President, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, dispatched a separate congratulatory message honoring President Alamgir’s swearing-in ceremony.
Additionally, Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, sent formal greetings recognizing the newly elected head of state as he takes office.
