Trump weighs ‘limited strike’ on Iran to enforce nuclear deal

Date:

TBM Report

US President Donald Trump has stated that he is considering a “limited military strike” on Iran to pressure its leadership into a new nuclear agreement.

Speaking at a press briefing on Thursday, Trump suggested that the world would see the outcome within the next ten days—either a deal or a military response. The announcement comes as US naval presence, including the supercarrier USS Gerald R. Ford, intensifies in the Middle East.

While Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed progress in recent talks and mentioned a draft agreement, the US continues its military buildup. In response, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warned that the US presence is “dangerous” but met with Iranian preparedness.

Analysts warn that while Trump uses these threats as leverage, a prolonged conflict could severely damage his domestic support and the global economy.
