TBM Report
A harrowing statutory brief published by the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry has determined that Israeli occupation forces are deliberately and systematically targeting Palestinian children within the Gaza strip. Released on Tuesday (June 23, 2026), the comprehensive report indicates that children are bearing the brunt of unprecedented fatalities, structural physical trauma, and generational psychological deterioration. Building upon its previous declaration classifying the offensive as a genocide, the Commission concluded that the targeted attrition of minors serves as definitive legal evidence of a sovereign “genocidal intent” to structurally dismantle the Palestinian demographic matrix.
Srinivasan Murlidhar, Chairman of the Commission of Inquiry, noted that despite the U.S.-backed October 2025 ceasefire which nominally decelerated the two-year war, Israel has continuous contempt for international humanitarian law. Over the last eight months, ongoing localized airstrikes have resulted in the deaths of over 1,000 Palestinians, including at least 250 verified children. The UN document systematically cataloged a deliberate military pattern of strikes hitting pediatric hospitals, neonatal stabilization clinics, and reproductive facilities, causing a devastating and calculation-based long-term disruption to the biological survival of the targeted population.
The report also highlights the total subversion of the Trump Peace Plan, under which Israeli forces were mandated to withdraw in favor of an international security architecture. Instead, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expanded tactical positioning, with Israeli forces now controlling 70 percent of Gaza’s landmass. The military administration replaced its transitional “Yellow Line” demarcation with an aggressive, shifting “Orange Line” deeper into human settlements. Any civilian, including children, crossing this dynamic perimeter is targeted with lethal force, converting the moving border into a structural trap for unsuspecting minors.
The scope of state-sanctioned violence extends heavily to the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, where structural collusion between Israeli military detachments and radicalized settlers has resulted in the execution of 236 children since October 2023. Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and UN Ambassador Danny Danon summarily rejected the findings, labeling the document “outrageous propaganda” and “political blood libel” designed to shield Hamas. Conversely, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratified the brief, imploring member states to enforce International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrants against Israeli leadership, implement an absolute embargo on weapons transfers, and impose targeted sanctions on violating officials.
