TBM Report

In a definitive policy manifestation regarding domestic stability, the State Minister for Land and Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs, Barrister Mir Mohammad Helal Uddin, asserted that no banned organization or anti-state entity will be permitted to orchestrate artificial volatility or civil unrest within the sovereign borders of Bangladesh. Speaking as the chief guest at a massive political solidarity rally on Tuesday (June 23, 2026) at Chittagong’s strategic GEC intersection, the State Minister emphasized that until the structural perpetrators of the historic July genocide are judicially prosecuted and conclusive state mandates regarding proscribed political outfits are finalized, no public deployment by these groups will be tolerated.

The demonstration, engineered by the Chittagong Metropolitan Jatiyatabadi Swechchhasebak Dal to protest the covert operations, anarchic syndicates, and targeted conspiracies of outlawed organizations, served as a platform for the state executive to reaffirm the administration’s security metrics. “We will completely deny operational space to any illegal collective attempting to compromise civic security,” Barrister Mir Helal noted, validating that grassroots political units have been deployed across critical urban chokepoints to assist civil administrations and preemptively neutralize attempts to spark urban anarchy.

Transitioning to organizational management, Barrister Helal delivered a direct mandate to the coalition units of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), underscoring the absolute necessity of aligning all regional street programs with the structural guidelines issued by the party’s apex command. He emphasized that political mobilization must never translate into civilian distress or public infrastructure blockades. The rally also featured analytical addresses from former central Vice President of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal, Mosharraf Hossain Dipty, who iterated that the combined democratic forces remain actively mobilized to resist subversion and preserve the nation’s fragile democratic equilibrium.

The executive assembly was presided over by the Convener of Chittagong Metropolitan Swechchhasebak Dal, Belayet Hossain Bulu, and seamlessly moderated by Chatra Dal Member-Secretary Shariful Islam Tuhin. Concluding the assembly, Bulu iterated that the collective trilateral front of Jubo Dal, Swechchhasebak Dal, and Chatra Dal is maintaining an active operational footing across divisional districts to serve as a civilian firewall against autocratic conspiracies and to safeguard the fundamental socio-political rights of the populace.
