Families of students affected by the Milestone School and College air tragedy held a human chain protest in Gulshan on Wednesday morning. The demonstration, which took place in front of the BNP Chairperson’s political office, aimed to draw attention to the ongoing suffering of the victims’ families.
BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman personally interacted with the grieving families during the event. He listened to the grievances of the parents of both deceased and injured students. Led by President Najmul Haque and General Secretary Monir Hossain Suman, the families urged for speedy justice and comprehensive compensation, highlighting that their struggle for support remains unresolved years after the tragic incident.
