Conspiracies cannot suppress BNP, vows Tarique Rahman

BNP Chairperson Tarique Rahman asserted on Saturday that no amount of conspiracy or propaganda could suppress a political party whose activists remain uncompromising against injustice. Speaking at an emotional gathering with the families of victims of enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings under the previous Awami League regime, Rahman praised the resilience of his party members.

Rahman announced that if BNP returns to power with public support, the state will name major roads and key installations after these “martyrs” to ensure their sacrifices inspire future generations. He also criticized the Election Commission’s recent “controversial role” but maintained that BNP would continue to show patience as a responsible party. He urged citizens to remain vigilant against forces attempting to derail the democratic transition through artificial controversies.
