Desk report: The Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has filed a formal complaint with the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) against Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, accusing her of responsibility for the deaths of 848 individuals during the July uprising. The complaint was lodged on the morning of February 13 by Mohammad Salauddin Khan, the coordinator of BNP’s litigation data collection cell.
